MAGIC THIMBLE CREATIONS

My name is Peggy Welchert from western Kentucky. I enjoy designing mostly quilts, but also create other types of sewing projects. I teach quilting classes from beginners to more advanced piecing and applique. It is fun to add interest to designs with dimensional applique, pictures and threads. I hope to introduce everyone reading my blog to some of my new projects and hope to inspire others to create! I may on occasion share with you a recipe as I also love to cook.

Week 11

Another week with no sewing. This has got to end. So my report hast not changed.

Fabric used this week: 0 yards
Fabric bought this week: 0 yard

Fabric used this YTD 23 5/8yards
Fabric bought YTD 1 yard

Stash busted YTD 22 5/8 yards

I did design a new quilt for my new bedroom. It will use lots of my stash. This week we are working on finishing my sewing studio, so soon I will actually be making progress because I will have a place to sew.

Brenda said...: Well, I am looking forward to seeing your design!! You have to have a plan before you can sew, so you are doing good! Especially since you are also making a new area to be creative in, you just need to let the sewing happen when it's time, and then it's going to be fun to see those numbers moving!!
